What age groups do your programs serve?

XP primarily serves youth athletes from ages 8-18. Programs are structured by age, experience, and training focus.

Do athletes need to play one specific sport?

No. Many XP athletes play multiple sports. Our performance training supports athletic development across baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, and football.

Is performance training the same as weightlifting?

No. XP focuses on speed, movement, coordination, and strength appropriate for youth athletes. Training is coached, structured, and age-appropriate.

Can athletes do both performance training and skill sessions?

Yes. Many athletes combine performance training with skills sessions or private coaching for well-rounded development.

How do I know which program is right?
